Refund & Return Policy

Cannaffex CBD stands behind our products 100% and refunds will be given for UNOPENED AND SEALED product only, within thirty (30) days of the product order date. To submit a refund request, please contact us by email or through our contact page or Live Chat and please wait for a Return confirmation number (RCN) before returning any unopened or damaged product(s).

Due to the nature of the unique nature of Cannaffex CBD oils, creams and vape juices, we do not offer refunds for any opened or used Product(s).

You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from the date which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price. Only qualified, unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund. Customer will be responsible for return shipping unless product was damaged during delivery. (*see below)

By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from non GMO hemp oil. All Cannaffex CBD natural health products are ISO7 and 3rd party verified but are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program.

If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Shipping Return Instructions:

To return your product, please contact us first to receive a Return Confirmation Number (RCN). Only returns with an approved RCN will be refunded.

Please mark the Box and/or invoice with the RCN provided. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will provide a refund within 48 hrs of receiving the item and provide confirmation to you.

In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, please contact us with 7 days of delivery, Please include your full name, and photos of the incorrect product, and invoice. We will send the correct products, and a paid return shipping label for the incorrect items.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected and packed before leaving our facilities. Upon receiving of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during delivery. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product that was damaged during shipping. We will ensure a replacement product is shipped right away!
